It can be hard being a young parent, and many young parents can feel isolated.

If you are under 18 and look after anyone such anybody who is ill, has a disability or problem with mental health, drink or drugs then you are a young carer.

Discrimination can take many forms. It can happen at any time, to anybody. It can be direct or indirect, sexual, racial, about a disability and be physical or verbal.

Sexual feelings develop and change over time, you may be feeling confused or anxious about who you are sexually.

You may experience all sorts of different feelings and want someone to talk to or just some good advice.

Forced marriage is when you are made to marry someone against your will and there is no choice for those involved.

If your parents or carers are splitting up it can be a distressing and upsetting time for everybody.

No one deserves to be bullied or harassed but it could happen to any of us and you can probably think of a time when it happened to you.
