Young carers

If you are under 18 and look after anyone such anybody who is ill, has a disability or problem with mental health, drink or drugs then you are a young carer.

The looking after could involve household duties, listening, shopping, proving nursing care.

There is lots of help and support you can get so contact your local organisation.
