your body.
Eating the right food can help you keep spots at bay, keep your hair healthy and even cheer you up. It will help you avoid being overweight which can lead to problems later in your life, and gives you enough energy to enjoy life now.
Try to cut down on the sugary, fatty snacks and replace them withfruit and nuts. Eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day and think about
eating wholemeal bread rather than white.
