Exercise

We all need to do some exercise to stay healthy and keep our bodies working and reduce stress. You don’t need to join a special club - you can just try walking a bit further, or going dancing!

Classes at your local leisure centre can be the cheapest way of going to keep fit or yoga (and they’re not at all like school).

The BBC website is also a great place to look for some great ideas about getting fit and active
