What is connexions?

Connexions is an information, advice and guidance service that aims to help all young people who live, work or are learning in Hounslow.

It also brings together all the organisations that work with young people so you don’t have to deal with a lot of different people on your own and is delivered by a network of Connexions Personal advisors.

We aim to help all young people aged 11 to 19 and up to 24 with a learning difficulty or disability. We want to make sure that every young person can get the help and support they need to get on in life.
